Josh Stewart, Bella’s Choir Leader for 2008, and Hazel Fenemor, Choir Leader 2007, have been invited to join the world-reknowned New Zealand National Youth Choir, under the direction of Dr. Karen Grylls.

Both Josh and Hazel have performed with the New Zealand Secondary Students Choir, so are familiar with representing NZ overseas, and presenting choral music of the highest standard.

Josh and Hazel join Jo Wells, another former Waimea College Music student, who is already a member of the choir.

The Youth Choir rehearses and performs throughout NZ in preparation for an overseas tour in 2010.
